BLOGING A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE

This is my first official blog in college lit. Mr. Kunkle has decided to "shake it up" and have blogging a part of are curriculum. To me this came as a bit of a shock just for the fact that computers don't really interest me but i have always tried to make the best out of any situation. so that being stated this blogging thing may even have some sort of impact on me or at least others. After researching a bit in class on blogs, I found that blogs are used for anything from fans to clans making it virtually impossible to not find a blog of interest. Personally I see blogging as a way for people to be in their own way, a journalist just trying to get their opinion out there, just trying to be heard.

Voice is a big problem in the media today. Once one famous person says or does something thats what every one is supposed to do and say. Thats why blogging is an instant why of speaking your mind without fear of being harased in a physical way at least. Still words can hurt but i guess thats a risk some blogers take.

I agree with what you said. The media is very critical of what everyone says because we live in a world where image is everything. The media tends to focus on all the negative comments famous people say.
Blogging is a way for many people to say what is on their mind. More people will get to hear the message than if they just spoke it aloud. It is out there for everyone to read and interpret whatever they want from what you say.

I agree in the fact where the media is constantly picking away at everything and leaving only one way to see something. But I don't think blogs are the only outlet to one's creativity, I think songs, writing books, even designing clothes, is away of one's own creativity to be seen.
Great blog!

yea, blogging is definitely a cool way to be heard and share perspectives. Blogs are by actual everyday people rather than just the media we see over and over again. Everyone can find a topic they find interesting and relate to as well rather than just what we see in the news or magazines.

I think you bring up a good point with about how famous people will do one thing and then everyone is supposed to follow along.
Maybe blogging is an easier expression of words than speaking to a particular person or group. It hurts less when someone attacks you because you can attack them back cause you dont have a personal relationship with them.
..just my thoughts
